By accessing or using the services provided by DEV CLOUDS11 TECH PVT LTD ("Clouds11"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Clouds11 provides digital marketing, web design, SEO, web hosting, website migration, and related services. The scope of services for each client is defined in the individual service agreement or proposal.
Payment is required as specified in the service proposal. For ongoing services, payments are due on the agreed billing cycle. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access credentials required for project delivery. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables created specifically for them. Clouds11 retains rights to general frameworks, tools, and pre-existing materials used in the work.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.
Clouds11's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
While we employ best-practice SEO techniques, we cannot guarantee specific rankings on any search engine. Search engine algorithms are beyond our control.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
