Refund Policy

Our fair and transparent refund policy for all Clouds11 services.

At DEV CLOUDS11 TECH PVT LTD ("Clouds11"), we strive to deliver exceptional results. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Web Design & Development

Refunds for web design projects are handled as follows:

  • Before work begins: 100% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of payment.
  • After work begins: Refund is prorated based on the percentage of work completed.
  • After project delivery: No refunds once the final deliverables have been approved and delivered.

2. SEO Services

SEO is an ongoing service with results that take time to materialize:

  • The initial setup fee is non-refundable once campaign setup has commenced.
  • Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the month in which services were rendered.
  • Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

3. Fully Managed / All-in-One Service

  • Annual plans may be cancelled within 14 days for a pro-rated refund (excluding setup costs).
  • After 14 days, no refunds are provided for the annual plan term.

4. Hosting Services

Hosting fees are non-refundable once the hosting environment has been provisioned and activated.

5. Migration Services

Migration service fees are non-refundable once the migration process has commenced.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if Clouds11 fails to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeline due to our own negligence.
